A mother bear and her cub visited Avenida de Luna on Saturday, August 31st. The following Monday, the bears were sighted again near Lot 10 and chased away three times. Apparently, they were attracted by outdoor garbage cans.

Rains bring sinkholes
Several homes in Pinon Ridge have suffered sinkholes in their yards after heavy rains. Thus far, the contractor has only applied a temporary fix in response to warranty repair requests. Many of us are not sure that this is a satisfactory long-term fix.

Block Party?
Perhaps toward the end of summer we could organize a block party. Most of the homes would be completed by then. We could likely invite folks who haven’t yet moved in too.
